SpeakMyStory（以下「本アプリ」）は、日本語話者が英語を学習するための語学学習アプリケーションです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリの利用に際して収集・利用・保管される個人情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
本アプリは、日本の個人情報の保護に関する法律（個人情報保護法）を遵守します。
収集した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。
本アプリは、サービス提供、保守運用、決済処理その他の目的のために外部事業者を利用します。委託先は随時見直されるため、本ポリシーでは個別サービス名ではなく、主として機能カテゴリー単位で記載します。

AI処理基盤に送信されるテキストは、処理に必要な範囲で一時的に利用されますが、恒久的に保存されることはありません。
当社は、法令に基づく場合または本人の同意がある場合等を除き、個人データを第三者に提供しません。外部事業者への委託にあたっては、契約、アクセス制御その他の方法により必要かつ適切な監督を行います。外国にある事業者への提供または委託が生じる場合は、個人情報保護法その他の適用法令に従い、必要な同意取得または相当措置の確保等を行います。
ユーザーは、アプリ内のアカウント削除機能を通じて、いつでもアカウントおよび関連データの削除を要求できます。アカウント削除を実行すると、以下のデータが削除されます。
削除処理は、要求後30日以内に完了します。ただし、法令上の保存義務がある場合を除きます。
本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報を保護するために、以下の措置を講じています。

本アプリは広告を表示しません。ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に販売、貸与、または交換することはありません。
本アプリは18歳以上の方を対象としています。18歳未満の方は、保護者の同意および監督のもとでご利用ください。16歳未満の方は、本アプリをご利用いただけません。
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内通知またはメールにてお知らせします。変更後も本アプリの利用を継続された場合、改定後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

SpeakMyStory (the "App") is a language learning application designed for Japanese speakers learning English. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store your personal information when you use the App.
The App complies with Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI).

The App uses external service providers for service delivery, maintenance, operations, and payment processing. Because providers may change over time, this Policy describes them primarily by functional category rather than by individual vendor name.

Text sent to AI processing providers is used temporarily for processing and is not permanently stored.
Except where permitted or required by law, or where we have obtained your consent, we do not disclose personal data to third parties. When we entrust processing to service providers, we supervise them as necessary and appropriate through contracts, access controls, and other safeguards. If data is provided to or processed by providers located outside Japan, we will comply with the APPI and other applicable laws, including obtaining any required consent or implementing equivalent safeguards where required.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the account deletion feature in the App. When you delete your account, the following data will be removed:

The App is intended for users aged 18 and older. Users under 18 may use the App with parental consent and supervision. Users under 16 may not use the App.
This policy may be updated as needed. If significant changes are made, we will notify you through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
