SpeakMyStory（以下「本アプリ」）は、日本語話者が英語を学習するための語学学習アプリケーションです。本プライバシーポリシーは、本アプリの利用に際して収集・利用・保管される個人情報の取り扱いについて説明します。

本アプリは、日本の個人情報の保護に関する法律（個人情報保護法）を遵守します。

2. 収集する情報

2.1 アカウント情報

  • 表示名
  • メールアドレス
  • 言語設定
  • 音声合成（TTS）の音声設定
  • Apple Sign-In による認証情報

2.2 学習コンテンツ

  • スクリプト（日本語原文、英語翻訳文）
  • 生成された音声ファイル
  • 日記エントリー（ユーザーが作成した日本語テキスト）

2.3 学習データ

  • 練習セッションの記録
  • 習熟度レベル（コンフォートレベル）
  • 練習回数
  • 日別統計データ
  • 学習継続記録（ストリークデータ）

2.4 決済情報

  • サブスクリプション状態
  • 決済は Apple App Store および RevenueCat を通じて処理されます。クレジットカード番号等の決済情報は本アプリでは直接取り扱いません。

3. 情報の利用目的

収集した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

  • アカウントの作成および管理
  • 語学学習サービスの提供（翻訳、音声生成、フォローアップ問題の生成）
  • 学習進捗の記録および表示
  • サブスクリプションの管理
  • サービスの改善および不具合の修正

4. 第三者サービスとの情報共有

本アプリは、サービス提供のために以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。

AIサービス（OpenAI、Anthropic、ElevenLabs）は、ユーザーのテキストを処理しますが、そのテキストを恒久的に保存することはありません。各サービスのデータ保持ポリシーについては、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。

5. データの保存

  • ユーザーデータは Cloudflare D1 データベースに保存されます。
  • 音声ファイルは Cloudflare R2 オブジェクトストレージに保存されます。
  • 認証情報は Supabase に保存されます。
  • データは、アカウントが有効な間保持されます。

6. データの削除

ユーザーは、アプリ内のアカウント削除機能を通じて、いつでもアカウントおよび関連データの削除を要求できます。アカウント削除を実行すると、以下のデータが削除されます。

  • ユーザープロフィール情報
  • 全てのスクリプトおよび翻訳データ
  • 日記エントリー
  • 練習記録および統計データ
  • 保存された音声ファイル

削除処理は、要求後30日以内に完了します。ただし、法令上の保存義務がある場合を除きます。

7. セキュリティ

本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報を保護するために、以下の措置を講じています。

  • 通信の暗号化（HTTPS/TLS）
  • 認証トークンによるアクセス制御
  • データベースへのアクセス制限

ただし、インターネット上の通信において、完全なセキュリティを保証することはできません。

8. 広告およびデータ販売

本アプリは広告を表示しません。ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に販売、貸与、または交換することはありません。

9. 年齢制限

本アプリは18歳以上の方を対象としています。18歳未満の方は、保護者の同意を得た上でご利用ください。16歳未満の方からの個人情報を故意に収集することはありません。

10. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内通知またはメールにてお知らせします。変更後も本アプリの利用を継続された場合、改定後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。

SpeakMyStory (the "App") is a language learning application designed for Japanese speakers learning English. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store your personal information when you use the App.

2. Information We Collect

  • Payments are processed through the Apple App Store and RevenueCat. We do not directly handle credit card numbers or other payment details.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

  • Creating and managing your account

AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs) process your text but do not permanently store it. Please refer to each service's privacy policy for their specific data retention practices.

5. Data Storage

  • User data is stored in Cloudflare D1 databases.
  • Audio files are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage.
  • Authentication data is stored with Supabase.
  • Data is retained for as long as your account remains active.

6. Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the account deletion feature in the App. When you delete your account, the following data will be removed:

  • User profile information
  • All scripts and translation data
  • Diary entries
  • Practice records and statistics
  • Stored audio files

Deletion will be completed within 30 days of the request, except where retention is required by law.

7. Security

We take the following measures to protect your personal information:

  • Encrypted communications (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Access control via authentication tokens
  • Restricted database access

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Advertising and Data Sales

The App does not display advertisements. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties.

9. Age Requirements

The App is intended for users aged 18 and older. Users under 18 may use the App with parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 16.

10. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as needed. If significant changes are made, we will notify you through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
